I purchased a brand new 2011 focus cash for my 73 year old Mother's birthday. Within the first year, it had electrical problems leading to my Mom's breaking down twice on the street. I had bought the service plan so they fixed it and all was well. Year two, the AC compressor went out. $2,000 later I'm told my service plan did not cover. This is a manufacture problem as you can not wear this part out. Ford refused to cover and my Mother could not afford the repair. Smithtown sent me to ford, ford sent me to Smithtown. They say don't buy American and as a combat disabled veteran I hated that saying. But after this incident it's foreign from here on. Shame on you Ford.
