Wish I had read the complaints before I blindly ordered flowers online using Wesley Berry Florist AKA Flower Delivery Express. I was out of town, trying to send a dish garden to a friend's funeral. Said dish garden was even "upgraded". For $77.73, I got a small Easter basket sized round basket of greenery sent to my HOME ADDRESS. Yeah, that was awesome. Supposed to be delivered to the funeral home. When we caught it and called, someone called me back but mysteriously it went right to voice mail... Said they would re-deliver (too late by then) and give me a "store credit" SO helpful considering I'll NEVER use them again. I've lodged a complaint with the BBB, & disputed the charges with my credit card. I've left numerous voice mails and e-mails, nada. Even FTD doesn't even want to know how crappy this company is. They just F#@*d with the wrong lady!
BEWARE of this flower company. Call a local florist!
