Complaint / review text:
Purchased through Amazon. After 9 months the screen would go out, had audio, no video. Called customer service sent repair man, changed two parts still not working, when he requested an additional part LG said it would have to go to the "Review Board". Why still under warranty. Well one month later still not working, and they have never ever called me to let me know what was going on. My numerous phone calls to them would take 45 min to an hour. And they would never call me back to let me know what was going on. Finally 5 weeks later, they decide to give me a refund will send me a box to mail the TV back. One week later no box, I call, no one know if the box has been ordered. So still have broken TV, no box to mail it back in, no refund, and no one know if the box has been ordered, and still they have never called me to let me know what is going on. Will never purchase LG again!!! Hope this is not a sign of all customer service policies with these companys. Will keep posted let you know if ever get a box or refund. If not I guess lawyer?
