Complaint / review text:
We just built a new home. I bought all LG appliances and I do love them, but I can't get service from LG. My range that I have been using since April is defective. The burners just turn off at random.
I called LG and they can't find any in my area to service my range. I got the same run around that other seem to have gotten. They will need to search for someone in my area that will fix my range and I should hear back from them in 3-5 days.
I also bought a warranty plan when I bought the range, but they can't find anyone to fix the range either and they sent me back to LG.
My husband talked to the company where we purchased the range and they are going to give us a full refund. No, I will not buy another LG range or any product from LG! (I did not buy the range from Best Buy)
