I do not accept your statement that the shoes I designed, though they do not match the packign slip with pictures of the recipe, are unrefundable. I have been dealing with Reebok supervisors for a month about this. First I sent pictures. WHICH YOU LOST! You changed servers! Then Suad said they'd send a mailing label. Then someone else said to keep the shoes new ones would be sent.
Now Lydia says they have to go with the I wanted the side to look as it does in the picture of the recipe THAT CAME WITH THE SNEAKERS~
Apparently nobody has the authority to refund my money, so Reebok thinks I should just suck it up. If the wrong color was inputted in the verbal recipe of the shoe, but the picture didn't change, I put that on YOU. You admitted you'd been having website issues!
This is completely unacceptable.
I am prepared to take Reebok to small claims court over this, because of the principle here. You've wasted my time and now you're ripping me off.
I've searched in vain for a way to send this email to the "home director" Lydia said could actually have authority to handle this. That you do not give supervisors authority to actually handle these issues is not my fault. Your customer service is the worst I've ever seen, and your supervisors are incompetent.
