I purchased a new LG LFX25974ST 24.7 cu ft french door refrigerator. It has now been more than a month (original service call made to LG was made on October 16,2014) since our 1 year old refrigerator failed, and still there is no end in sight. LG has refused to accept the fact that they made a poor product, and has now had two service companies tell us the exact same thing. The parts are still under warranty, I had no issues paying for the first service company to fix the unit. After making the repairs and the unit still did not work, they requested LG replace the unit because the leak is between the walls. This is not what LG wanted to hear, so they engaged a second service company who came to the house, and told us they need to replace all of the same parts that were originally replaced. We are still waiting for the second service company to finish there work. Every time I talk with LG they act like this is my fault, and have done nothing to help get the issue resolved. It is my assumption that LG has no intention of getting involved, and will do whatever it takes to make this as painful as possible. To LG I am just a cost of doing business. We have all LG products in our house that we purchased from Con's and will begin phasing them out as soon as possible.
