Complaint / review text:
I have tried 3 times now to get someone out to fix my dryer. I am disabled the service person that showed the first time i called said i needed to move the washer and dryer out of the room so they can be worked on. First of all they are both taller then i am. Second i am disabled. Third how are they going to hook them up and test them in the middle of my kitchen floor when the hook up is in the laundry room. Then they informed me that i would have to call back and reschedule them to come out after i have taken them out of the laundry room. I asked the man if he was stupid and what part of disabled he did not understand. I then asked him where he thought i was going to put them to wait for them to show up between 8 and 5 then leave them so that i could wait to get help on yet the third day to put them back in laundry room in hopes that they fixed the problems. By the way in order to get the washer out you have to move the dryer out too. The next time i tried to get service out the people called and said they were no longer servicing my area (so why have they not informed Lowes yet.) called Lowes complained. Still not fixed But the Holidays came. So I called in they were to show up the day after Christmas when i could have been out getting bargains, but I have to sit home all day waiting on the repair man. At 5 pm I called Lowes asked where is your repair people, he looks in computer and says they closed out your file. Tries to call them to find out why they did this and never even called me or came to my house.in the process of his trying to call them he hangs up on me. I then call back in get someone else tell them what has gone on again. She the tells me that this company is the only one in my area. Then says she will have someone else look for someone else in my area and get them under contract and have them call me to schedule me. Well I am still waiting to hear from anyone. I am calling my lawyers on Monday.
