Just received a dress from amazonprom.com.
Not happy at all!!!
The color I was looking at on the net looked like a cocoa color. Actually it didn't even have the name of the color that was being pictured. It stated instead (as seen in picture) So I ordered it, had special measurements and all. This is suppose to be for my daughters wedding.
Got the dress and it's a purple fricken color!
The dress is suppose to be T-length, it's all the way to the floor!
There is a large seam that runs through the MIDDLE OF THE DRESS, AROUND THE WAIST AREA!
The "jacket" that goes over it the sleeves are too long.
Tried to get a hold of someone via live chat, they said to email [email protected] The site doesn't work!
Sooo I spent $240 something on a dress that's not even the color I wanted, doesn't fit right and has a huge seam in the middle and I have to pay more now to get it fixed??? Plus I can't even get a hold of any body to complain about the fricken dress!!!
Anybody having this problem?
