Complaint / review text:
I designed an image (which was just text) to be printed down the leg on sweatpants. After fighting with them about having the text run down the leg (they don't understand the concept of vertical text) they couldn't get the placement correct. They emailed me a link to approve the artwork twice, which I declined twice due to placement. We wanted the print to be to the outside edge, not centered. Both times they stated they were centering it. After declining the second time, I did not hear from them for almost two weeks. I finally emailed and asked what was the hold up. I received the same generic email stating we needed to approve the design with the text centered down the leg (third time now). I emailed again asking them if they even bothered to read my emails - because we did not want it centered. This was their reply,
Thank you for replying. We must have all Print one inch from all seems. The image you have is going to be off center do to your design is off center already 12 inches is our max of our printing boundaries. I understand your frustration, but do to your design the placement is correct.
