Complaint / review text:
Ordered some T shirts for one of my biggest customers in PA having a televised event on 4/22. Drove all the way from SC to PA to pick up the shirts and participate in the event.
Paid for guaranteed delivery by 4/21. They did not even send out the shirts till 4/20, and only scheduled 3 day shipping with USPS. Now the shirts are not going to arrive until the day AFTER the event. My customer is not happy, I am not happy.
Called Ooshirts and was told I would be contacted by the claim department in 1-3 days.
I will be receiving a full refund and some compensation for the damage done to my relationship with my customer. Will post the details on how they handled the claim when I am contacted.
