Complaint / review text:
If this order is resolved I will take this review down.
Last week, I paid 140.61 to have shirts made from a photo which I used at another company that made a great shirt - but I chose ooshirts because it was more affordable. Well now, even though I've been charged, they are trying to charge me to improve the graphic. This would add another 90 bucks. So my question is, why can't they just cancel the order? I don't want to pay another 90 bucks. And I've tried to call during business hour and it says it's closed. The only calls I've received have been automated and I have not been able to speak with anyone yet. Please give me my money back Ooshirts! Here's the email:

Typically, this design would be printed using DTG printing, which will cost extra for this order. Please let us know if you would like to:
A. Let us edit your artwork so it contains only solid colors at no additional cost.
B. Switch your order to a DTG print to keep the artwork exactly as is. The cost will be $90.82 for your order, bringing your new order total to $231.43.
Your order will be placed on hold until this issue is resolved. PS. If you're going to charge a paying customer extra for a job, make sure they want it first! Or else let them cancel! Trust me you will not get away with this.
