Complaint / review text:
I spent HOURS on line finding a company to do a small order of shirts with print on the sleeve as well. AFTER we paid, they said I would have to change to a short sleeve or change my design. I agree completely that the design program should catch these things to prevent this kind of thing in the future.
Also, I received no response when I asked how many more I would need to order to keep the design. Or could they place the writing on the back instead?
On a second order I placed the same day, there was a problem with my image and again I didn't find out until AFTER we paid. Again, no response to my follow up questions. No one answers the phone either.
