I have exactly that same story.
This is the email, message, and IM that I left for them and no response through all forms of "communication".
It is just now being shipped! It was suppose to be delivered MAY 1st! I should definitely receive all the extra money spent on rush delivery, if not more of a discount for the money I will be out because I could no longer sell them at my event TODAY! In fact I wish I could cancel my whole order. I needed these yesterday or last week. I have had a terrible time talking to anyone on the phone or through email and getting a clear answer! But the worst problem is the delays after delays. It has been delayed over a whole weekend for a silly question about what type of shirt I wanted... When on the receipt it clearly said screen print. Then they asked if I truly wanted the chosen color inks. Now... I am needing the shirts tomorrow and they are still being printed when in my tracking information, it was to be delivered MAY 1ST!!! I got a w9 from this company for our school and organizations to use ooshirts for all our t-shirt needs. You will lose out on a huge amount of business if this unnecessary stress and cost to get these t-shirts on time were in vain! I will also file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau if necessary. I have plenty of proof showing the scheduled delivery. Students, parents, board members, and I are incredibly disappointed in this company! I refuse to pay for an order that is so late that it COSTS me and my organization money! I will personally be out $297.49 dollars and my students will be out of a great fundraising opportunity. These shirts can only be sold at this event (that was missed)…no other. I have worked with this company a few times and have not been so disrespected!
By the time I finally got a person on the phone I was told to leave a complaint online. Yep... Thanks for the help.
