Absolutely the worst exoerienc I've ever had with a print company! I'm a director of marketing for a big company in CA, I was supposed to get my order today, and they were a no-show.
Their customer service is non-existent, they don't answer your calls, if they call you back it's an automated call, their "chat" representatives are smart and no help. Also, and the biggest problem I faced with this company is that they advertise certain brands of shirts, they'll charge you for it and then they won't have it. It's frustrating to work with them, their communication is the worst, please look elsewhere, I recommend you look elsewhere and don't deal with the headaches on non-communication, a failed state of operations, logistics who don't show up "at your door step"as they claim, like I mentioned, they didn't show up today and still charged me. Absolutely the worst experience with this worthless company.
The way they "get you" is by a fine Google adds strategy, where you type shirt prints and they are the first to appear. You'll regret working with this company, and getting an automated call back or no call at all.
Terrible just a shame of an American company if so. Puts real companies to Shame.
