Complaint / review text:
Placed an order for 44 shirts - late delivery but I had to call to find out about it. They just didn't show up.
Tracking on their website said they would be on time. NO ONE could tell me when the shirts would come in. When they did come in, I realized I needed one more XL shirt - one young man was too big to fit in the large. So I re-ordered one.
Begged them to get it to me asap, emailed and called about the situation. Got a hold put on my order because "artwork is undoable". WHAT? I just got 44 of the same shirt.
Could never talk to a person and no one answered my emails. Ended up having to go local and had it in 7 days.
NO personal accountability and really poor customer service. Got multiple recordings on my cell phone telling me my order was on hold yet no person ever called me or emailed me about my unique problem.
