Complaint / review text:
I placed an order with ooshirts on Wednesday evening. I received word from one of my people that we needed a few more shirts.
I immediately emailed and called ooshirts to see if I could simply ad these few tshirts of the same design to my order. I never received an email back and I finally got a reply a week later from the voicemail I had left. They informed me that although they were still in the artwork stages and no printing had actually began, they couldn't add my few shirts to my order. I was then told to place another order for the few tshirts I lacked.
However they would not be processed in time for my event This would not have been the case had they called or emailed me back a week prior when I first discovere the problem.
So now I still am lacking the shirts I need and was pretty much just told sorry about your luck have a nice day by customer service. Thanks for doing nothing ooshirts.
