I am EXTREMELY dissatisfied with the service i have received from ooshirts. I have received a harassing number of phone calls from their automated phone service and every time i have tried to call to speak to a real person the number is disabled. When i do get people on live chat I have been told things that are not true.
Yesterday i received emails from Lynn at ooshirts asking if i would like the design to be redesigned or change the printing type for additional money. I replied and said please redesign and get my approval before printing. I then received a few more calls from ooshirts and then some emails saying my order would be printed without my permission since i approved it that way at check out. Yes i do understand this, but that is because i approved my design not the crappy 6th grade drawing they approved.
I then spoke to Jama on the live chat who told me she was switching my design type to the normal priced on and that both designs would now need to be approved by me before they went out.
Now today i received 3 more calls and some emails telling me that there are more problems and when i try to get in contact with someone again the phone number is disabled and the chat doesn't work until i type "hello???" after over 30 minutes of waiting for someone to respond. It took me at least 5 times of asking for a phone number before I could even squeeze an email out of Kimberly to find out how I can get this issue resolved.
