Out of three orders... Ooshirts failed to send one, they sent a wrong order on another, and a damaged shirt was received on the last one. The delivery date was not met and I have experienced pretty much the same as everyone else: I can not get a response to a claim, email or phone call, not to mention a refund.
The customer service personnel, if you get through, have no authority and cannot escalate the call to a supervisor.
I disputed the charge with my credit card company and managed to receive a credit that way. There are legitimate, serious printing company businesses out there... Stay away from ooshirts.
