Complaint / review text:
I designed T-shirts for an event as a Thank You for volunteer participants. I then ordered extra so I could sell them to event attendees to make up for the cost of the ones given as thank yous.
I had some delays with the order, but was reassured multiple times that the order would still arrive the day before the event. I was getting very nervous when it was 2PM the day before the event and my shirts had still not arrived, so I called ooshirts, and after a very long wait time, I was informed that the shirts HAD NOT EVEN BEEN PRINTED YET! Then, despite the fact that the date of the event was RIGHT ON THE T-SHIRT design, the girl had the nerve to ask me, “So, um, what’s the very latest you need these shirts by? ” After 40 minutes on the phone trying to figure out how they were going to compensate me for the utter debacle, all they did was cancel the order and refund me. If I had kept the order, they weren’t even going to give me a discount for them being late.
They wanted to give me a 10% discount on a future order!
Like I’d ever use ooshirts again! What a useless company.
