We ordered family reunion t-shirts. Order was placed on hold and even though I called and talked to sales rep, the order was never taken off hold.
Order was placed for 74 shirts on May 30th 2013. Delivery was guaranteed by June 13 2013. After some phone calls back and forth the order was to proceed with no problems. I called on June 12th and was told the order was still on hold.
The admitted their incompetence and mistakes; however they said they could not get the shirts to me in time for the event the shirts are for. They said they could only refund the money to my credit card. Why did thy charge my card before they printed the shirts? How do I refund money to people who ordered shirts when I have a credit on my credit card?
It is important for others to know about this experience and tho think about other screen printing resources before proceeding with ooshirts for screen printing. This was an event I've been planning for over one year.
All the sales people could say at ooshirts is "sorry, our mistake. Good luck."
