Complaint / review text:
I was printing a text-only tshirt, one color ink. I chose to use their built-in text editor, because I assumed it would not give options to print unreadable text. The digital "proof" which I had to approve was very small. The days waiting for their "artwork approval" was, I assumed, for them to verify whether it was readable before printing?
No. Text font size was not readable. I couldn't tell that from the tiny digital proof I was required to sign off on. Most online shirt printing companies give a full-sized proof, so you could then see that text is not readable.
BIG point I want to make: Why on Earth would they have options in their own, built-in text editor to choose font and size combination that are not readable? There are many options in this business, so look elsewhere for better price and customer service.
