Complaint / review text:
I was ordering my shirt for an event that I am going on June 7th and I ordered around Late March or Early April. I got a email and a phone call after a week after they said that my T-Shirt was low quality, so I call them within a week after and it was around April the 12th.
It took me 30 minutes just to leave them a voice mail. I spent them an email and called them a couple of times. No RESPONSES! After they called me within 3 hours, I was on the phone with this lady and she helped me with my shirt and it looked good when she was helping me and said that my shirt will be delivered on April the 30th.
Once it was April the 30th, I checked around to see if there was a delivery, no there wasn't. I send them an email and checked my shirt again on the website to see how good it would looked. Once I saw my shirt I was not proud, just to think of this shirt looking horrible and color mistaken, no answer on the phone and not delivering in time makes me very disappointment in the service they provide.
They had told me lies. I want my delivery within a week or three days because I have waited for a month for this shirt.
