Wrong debit order date

I got an sms that my policy has not been paid for March 2015 but I did not get paid yet. Apparently I changed the debit order date in December since I was getting paid on the 15th, I then asked the consultant to change it back to the 25th in January but she did not, so I called then I got through to Wayne he was apologetic ...
