Complaint / review text:
1) Was hacked, contracted Sitelock basic plan
3) 11 months later, (sub) site is hacked
4) Renewal email comes that I am going to be re-billed for their yearly service
5) Second (sub) site gets hacked
Bear in mind that all this happens 5 days before and 5 days after receiving their email to notify me that they're going to renew the service.
This may be a scam or an awful lot of coincidence but my intuition tells me it's the former.
I am moving out of my hosting company.
I had websites for many years and never had these issues before my hosting company started to push this service. I wonder what kind of arrangement do they have and if they have the ability to inject code at will in any of the sites "protected" anytime.
