Received my Onda tablet within the agreed shipping time-frame however it took me a few months to start using and cataloging all the problems with the tablet. The tablet HDMI port doesn't work, the tablet's software and android apps do not work or keep shutting down. After a few emails Tablets-World agreed and guaranteed to repair and test the tablet before returning as they would not refund money for the tablet. So I returned the tablet to be repaired as it was still under 12mth warranty.
When the Company received the tablet they said the metal case was damaged and they will send to manufacturer to be repaired. Then they send another email asking if I wanted to pay extra to upgrade to a new tablet as I had an old model. I don't understand how a tablet purchased less than 5 months can be so out-of-date! I told them I did not want to pay anymore out of pocket expenses for a sub-standard quality tablet and asked for a refund to which they refused. I am still waiting a reply from Tablets-World they will finish repairs. This issue has been ongoing for 3 weeks now. Probably won't hear back from them or have the tablet repaired and returned.
Tablets-World is operating from China not from the USA. Don't be fooled by them! Their tablets are old models which they claim to be selling as the latest models and at jacked up prices. Avoid them!
