Complaint / review text:
I strongly feel that Ster-Kinekor South Africa should be removed from the list of companies who respond, as they do not tend to their clients complaint in a constant and structured manner. They do not deserve the title of a company who responds.
It seems they choose one complaint at random every 2 days to respond to, and the rest just go by un-noticed. The whole point of is to get your voice heard by companies when all other channels of communication deem useless. Ster-Kinekor is mistreating this system to lower the amount of complaints they have to deal with.
My complaints I am refering to are the following:
The rest of the unanswered complaints and their lack of customer feedback can be viewed on the list of complaints directed towards them.
Please HelloPeter, you are the final channel of communication with these companies, if they don't play according to the rules, why should they have the privileged of being branded as a company who responds?
