Well first I tried the version to monitor my daughters Mac. It seemed every 6 weeks it lost connection to Webwatcher and I had to get my hands on the laptop and reinstall.
This went on month after month and support couldn't help so I ended up not renewing.instead I thought I would try the iphone version. Well again the reality is that out of 4 months, only the first month seemed to work. Tech support and I can log into Icloud and the account is fine The phone shows it is checking in with icloud, but webwatcher cant access the data.
Oh it does show that the device was on line, but no data is visible. After 3 months of fighting with support who keeps sending me on a wild goose chase, they now say they wont issue a refund.
What good is a monitoring service if you have to get your hands on a physical device constantly??? Rip off
