Complaint / review text:
I have a complaint against Virus-Heat, a supposed anti-virus software company. Somehow I managed to become infested with company's adware and spyware programs, so that now every 2-3 minutes a warning from Virus Heat pops up (Titled: WARNING SECRUITY ALERT) and warns me about Viruses (It just happened now).
When I run my existing and legitimate anti-virus program the only problems it finds are programs from Virus-Heat. I treat all of the Virus-Heat viruses during the scan, but they always come back by the next check I conduct.
I have emailed Virus-Heat, asking them if it would be impossible to run an honest business, and saying that I would start reporting their company if they didn't offer me a way to rid my computer of their infections. As of yet no reply, so this is the first in many emails that I will send to concerned consumer (It just happened again) organizations.
The problems for my PC post infection are as follows: Slower general running time, Much slower internet access times, continual popups that take me off the job at hand (ie. The window I'm working on becomes deselected after the popup, well, pops up)- this is really frustrating when working on long documents.
In conclusion, someone should thrown a brick through the CEO of Virus-Heat's monitor, and tell him that running a scam will only make you enemies and in the end you will have to pay for the mistreatment of others.
