Hi everyone! I am here today to discuss Masterqueue by Intellaegis. John Lewis may tell you that this software will save you one hour per agent per day. This 12.5 percent reduction in labor cost sounds great!!! Shawn Hazen and Alexander Sacco will sell it like they made it. Shannon Agee can help with training and tech support and John and Perla can wine you and dine you. Sounds great right? WRONG—
They do not go over the increase in your insurance premiums, co-pays for civil litigation, or having to deal with the CIA!!! You know Custard Insurance Adjusters... Getting sued isn't in anybody's best interest. You may want to research recent lawsuits regarding the use of Masterqueue. Screw ups so bad only a computer could have made them. The software is designed to point your agents in the right direction. It suggests most likely addresses and phone numbers for skips. John's boy, Steve Schroeder, is the "Genius" behind this software. What you save in labor you will make up for in legal costs, headlines, and spurring new legislation against your industry. No matter whether you are in debt collection or asset recovery, you will loose using this product. You would be better off to call John Lewis out on Silicon Valley Recovery's lawsuits. You should also call Skipbusters (Johns old company).
Humans cannot be replaced with algorithms. Not when regulated tightly by the FDCPA. It seems we are dammed if we do dammed if we don't these days doesn't it. I just don't want to see more lawsuits and bad press because of this software. Every case we loose now is ten cases in the future. It's the shark effect that this case law creates going forward.
