Complaint / review text:
I have just had to return my Samsung Galaxy S4 to be repaired as the screen has frozen. This is the third time it has gone wrong and I'm tired of having to return it. I was assured it would be paid for under warranty but now they want to charge me £120! They say the touch screen is broken but I have never had it our of its case or dropped it. The charge is ridiculous as I am also being inconvenienced every time I have to go without a phone. The staff on the service number just shrugged off my comments. I want to speak to someone with some authority but there is no way o get in touch so I'm trying this website. My advice: avoid Samsung.
