Complaint / review text:
We were unaware that a carpenter was needed to drill a deeper hole in front door for keyless dead bolt.installer was rude said it was up to us to have known.
He was prepared to do his set up only and leave us stranded. Salesman unavailable. Pushed back, heated discussion, finally... We hired a carpenter for following morning to cut hole and were promised another installer would be there first thing to finish job, even had this promise put on paper work.
No one showed. Call to ADT scheduler did not even show us on schedule. Pushed back, another heated discussion... Promised some one be there next...
Over one hour later still no one... Another call, there is a hole in our door so we cannot leave. Tech arrives and told us we were on his schedule originally the night before but in am not there. He assumed another tech took care of it. No answers how that happened!
He is still here working on it... Not going well. He is very nice and is also frustrated.
Says things like this happen All the time. "ADT got too big and they don't care, employees complain all the time"
