I Bought a my 52 inch 3D plasma TV 2 years ago. The connection between the tv and the base has failed, causing the TV to fall from the stand. The screen is smashed. After reporting this to Samsung 3 times they sent out an engineer to inspect it. The engineer told me it was equipment failure, in his report to samsung he has said it is down to wear and tear. They are very unhelpful. The told me it would cost me £475 to repair. Well samsung you can F#@K off. I will not be purchasing another Samsung item. Just for the ignorance of your customer service support.
