I ordered a part for a pool from Poolandspapartsnow.com. I got an email confirming my order and then nothing.
I sent an email inquiring as what the status of my order was. I receive another email saying my order has been upgraded to "awaiting shipment. Finally, 2 weeks after I placed my order, I was told it has been sent, and asked if I had received a tracking number? I replied that I had not.
Their response was, they'll "look in to it". Finally today, 16 days later, I am told that they don't have the part. So, they lied about shipping and then took 16 days to tell me they did not have my part.
I wasted more than 2 weeks waiting for a part I now have to order from some other business. What an absolutely awful way to do business.
