Complaint / review text:
I hired this company to service two of my forklifts. Both were running fine until the service tech arrived. I was charged nearly $2000 for an oil change and other maintenance items, (belts, ect). As soon as the tech left, the older forklift was smoking so bad I thought it was on fire. The second forklift had no power whatsoever following the service. I called and complained to my sales rep Perry. He sent down a different tech who went to work. Within an hour, he told me that he broke a spark plug in the head gasket and left it in a non-operable state. Two hours later I get an email that says it will cost me $6500 to fix the head gasket, (I paid $3000 for the machine). Perry told me that the company wasn't going to take responsibility and it was my problem.
