I requested xfinity home services alarm system in December. So they then chrge me 800 installation which they agreed was not correct so then they tell me I have to cal every month to receive a credit for install fees.
So I called every month and it takes me 18 hours to request for a credit and then 32 days to receive it. Now on top of that I am being charged for xfinity 300 and 350 so how the heck can I have both services?
Comcast is awful. I go over on my cell phone charges every month due to comcast.
