The WORST company; do NOT use. Each time I call I have to sit on hold for at least 25 minutes, only then to speak with an unhelpful representative who reads from a script.
I had a toilet leak, so AHS sent out a repair agent, who apparently didn't fix the leak. So I called back to have AHS send out somebody who could fix it. Jasmin kept repeating that they would send someone out but it would cost me another $75 service fee. She wouldn't listen to me that the leak was never fixed.
When I asked to speak with a supervisor, she was "unavailable".
I left the supervisor a vm, and I also sent an email via the AHS website, but have never heard back from either of them. I would call back, but would be on hold for another 25 minutes!
