My phone went dead on June 11,2015. Called AT&T was on phone 2 1/2 hours, spoke to 9 different people. They just kept passing me off to other people, had to start my story over each time. Finally they told me my account had been closed!
WHO CLOSED IT! I didn't... No one knew... I said I wanted my phone service back with my same phone number I have had this number for 42 years... They said o. K... Then later came back and said my number was given away... I told them my husband is disabled and All his doctors and medications are linked to this number. It was like OH WELL! IhVe been without a phone going on 3 weeks now.
There so busy because they keep messing things up... I'm quitting them as soon as my u else contract is up. Uverse doesn't even work... Lousy company... Wat h them and your bill.
SO SAD!!! I want my old number backkkkkkkkk...
