Complaint / review text:
Have called customer service 5 times for repair of a faulty alarm - never have received a response. Talked to a service rep each time and was promised a return call on each occasion - didn't happen.
The requirement for one hundred words to post a complaint is onerous and unnecessary - a succinct, well-worded statement describing the nature and seriousness of the complaint should suffice. As I type I think I am getting to be as PO'd at you guys than I am with the unprofessional conduct evinced by SafeHome Security. Six words to go and we are... Done!
