Complaint / review text:
We bought devcon security after speaking to several companies. The salesman we talked with assured us that once we sold the house, we could get out of the contract easily.

However, that was a complete lie. When I tried to cancel, I was told that I would owe devcon $1000.00 because I was leaving early. When I told them what I was promised, they said I was mistaken! Both the service woman and the "manager" I asked to speak to were extremely rude and talked over me.

Pluz, batteries run out extremely quickly.

Service personnel are rude. Very poor company.
