Spring 2009 a Pinnacle Security rep came to our home wanted to know if we wanted a home alarm, I really didn't feel comfortable with this rep pressured, (shoulda, woulda, coulda,) but my husband left it up to me, so going forward, Pinnacle Security took not only the 1st month pmt they also took another month pmt I was not happy at all. I called customer service and kinda ripped them a new one, also I kept called them to find out why I was not getting any emails in regards to the pmt, they did not know, I still do not get any notification about the pmt, then I noticed that the pmt was not what I was told, We live in WA there for they added a WA tax did not inform us, needless to say I got a month free.
March 2012 we got a letter from Devcon, informing us that Pinnacle partnered w/Devcon as the letter states nothing will change, well everything has changed, I called Devcon to ask when the contract expires, could not tell me because I am not a person of contact, either is my son, we are NOT ON THE CONTACT LIST AT ALL. Devcon will NOT TALK to me about anything. As far as we knew our contract ended in July 17 2012, I sent them notice inregards to NOT RENEW the contract, well today I check our account online and they took the pmt today. It was 30 days before the contract ended...
6/28/2012. My Husband is calling them today.
