I received my phone bill with a suprise $15.70 charge on it and after looking at the bill, I find the name myiproduct, so I call them and the woman quickly said that someone made an error in entering the numbers for the billing phone. I aked who was the person that signed up for this service and she said someone named Nicole. She said that the service will be cancelled and gave me a confirmation number. 8 days later, I called a supervisor regarding the charge and asked about the removal of the charges from the bill because it was still on it, she said that it will take 2 o3 billing cycles to remove from the bill, i asked if the she will be sending the information about my cancellation so I would not be penalized for the non payment of this charge, she said that it was up to me to send this information to my phone company and she will not be responsable for any penalties or interersts that would occur to the bill.
I asked her in how long it would take to implement the service if sign up she said it will take 72 hours and I asked her why should not take this same amount of time to take the charges off my phone bill, her reply was that it has to go to the proper billing department and the 2-3 billing cycles to reach my phone companies billing department.
I find it very suspicious for myiproducts to be putting charges on my phone bill without my consent and crediting with no question in who is the authorized person to sign up for services.
Whatch your phone bills like a hawk because someone can put charges on your bill when you are sleeping in the middle of the night.
