Complaint / review text:
I am very upset and i am about to take my business some where eles. My husban made a payment of 212.00, and the we were cut off for 36 dollars a week later, i paid 87 dollars the same day they disconnected and then they tell me that i have to pay another 2.00 to reconnect so i had to give them another 7.00 to reconnect my service.
This is so not good. Noone should be treated as such.
I have 3 small children and no lights. For 36 dollars that i did not even know i owed.
