Our place of business was broken in from the roof last week and the alarm system from ADT did not give us any alarm signal. The system from ADT was supposedly to be UL rated and it didn't even a signal anywhere.
The thief came down from the roof and apparently knows where the alarm lines are and cut all of the lines, and on top of that the control panel was open by a key and wasn't tampered with at all. We lost more than 500k of merchandise in the store.
It has been 4 days and our service is still down because "ADT is missing parts". What kind of is that?
I can't believe a huge company such as ADT cannot fix the problem and get the alarm to be back online the same day. I have been directed by 5 different ADT sales and no one seems to have the answer.
Apparently, the headquarter in Boca also is incompetent and can't solve any issues either. This is the worst service provider ever!!
