Complaint / review text:
I paid good money for cabinets from KraftMaid. The first time consumers delivered 7 of the pieces were either cracked or the wrong color.
I ordered my cabinets in a canvas color with is like an off white. I got some pieces with more of a gray color. When I called for replacements they told me 2-4 weeks for the new ones to be shipped. Of course it took 3 weeks and 2 of the 7 replacement pieces were the wrong color again!
This time I complained to the store manager in franklin square and got no where, no reimbursement for having to pay my contractor for extra days, no rush order or anything. The manager even told me that the colors were close to perfect and what's the big deal? For what we paid I want perfect. Well guess what?
I received a service report number and have yet to hear from them about the pieces. It's been 4 weeks and not a word from anyone. Very unprofessional and unorganized. I'm not sure if it's consumers or the brands they carry or both.
No one is helpful, they just take your money. Avoid them at all cost.
