On July 2,2013 we needed a switch for the air conditioning on our New Holland Tractor. Titan Machinery in Thief River Falls had the switch so I charged it on my debit card.
After it was paid for my mother drove 80 miles to pick up the part. The transaction cleared my bank on July 3 and Titan Machinery was paid in full.
On October 14 I received in the mail an invoice for the price of the same part we paid for in full and picked up in July. We have not been to Titan Machinery since July and hope to never have to go there again. So I do not know how they were able to send an invoice for a part we did not get in October, but they are determined to collect.
They sent a statement on October 25 saying they expect to be paid by November 13.
The only reason they have not billed my credit card or any other account is because I always insist they do not store the numbers. So make sure you never give your credit card information to Titan Machinery or they will store it and charge you at will for things you never pick up.
