A employee of monitronics came to my home recently to help me reactivate my system after having some remodeling done in my home. The following day i could not get the system to work and i called the coustemer service nu.
After i spoke to 3 people without
Success in comunicating I requested to speak to a manger. The manager said that the only way i could get the system up and running again would cost me 400.00 and a 2yr added commitment to the 5 yr contract i had signed a couple yrs ago.
Then i also received a bill for 96.00 for this past months service because of the brief visit I had from an employee who thought he had the system running but obviousely did not whe i could not man it that following day. I am currently paying 46.00 per mo for a dead system. Is there anything i can do to get out of this contract with monitronics?
