Ordered a tool shed from Woody's Wendy's on 13/11/2014 and paid the 70% deposit as required. As per the contract delivery was to take place within 4 - 6 weeks. Delivery never took place as per the contract and in January 2015 (after waiting more than 10 weeks) we instructed Woody's Wendy's to cancel the order and refund the deposit paid. This was after I placed more than 13 phonecalls and left numerous messages for them to phone me back.
At first I was told the refund could only be done at the end of the month. No refund was done at the end of January and so I contacted Rudi again to be told I had to wait 30 days but they would try and make an exception. It is now another 2 months later and still no refund done.
We handed the matter over to our attorneys to deal with further and Woody's Wendy's have even ignored the letter of demand sent by the attorneys to refund our deposit.
It is now 18 weeks since the order was placed and the deposit paid and no tool shed and no refund.
