Complaint / review text:
On 23rd March 2015 contacted this company inquired about various items. Was informed by Greg they could assist me. I drove through, showed them exactly what I required. I was assured by Greg that it could and would be done in a week. He would call or email me with an Invoice. I left my all my contact details with him. On the 27th March I called to find out progress and phones just rang. On 30Th March, I called again and was told by Greg that nothing had been done as I needed to pay first but he had lost me details. I gave it to him again and he promised to email me the invoice the following day. I received no email and I emailed him on 2nd April requesting progress report and invoice. No reply. On 6th I again called and wanted to speak to the owner but he was out. I left my number and asked that he call me back. I'm still waiting for his call. On Wed 8th I called, spoke to Carmen who promised to sort this out and get back to me which she did. All would be ready Wed 15th. Called again Wed and was told Friday 17th. Today I called to say I was running late but would be there. I was told they closing at 3pm and would not wait. Tried explaining but was told too bad and phone put down.
