I'm from kerala, India, in the month of August 2013 i bought a Samsung LED TV model no: UA32F5100ARLXL. It is connected through V Guard regulator as prescribed by the vendor. Within 3 three months from the purchase tv stopped working, only audio was there and no video. So i contacted the samsung service center near by and they registered a complaint (4171605215). The service engineer told it is problem with the panel and they replaced it. Since it was in the warranty period it didn't cost me anything. But few weeks ago it started showing the same complaint. I have registered complaint with samsung, engineer came and confirmed the complaint again with the panel. Since i'm still in the warranty period it won't cost me. Few months after my warrant expires, what if again the TV fails. We have been using samsung products like fridge, washing machine and mobiles for a long time and never experienced such a thing. Is there any way that i can get a replacement of the product. How can i again trust the repaired product?
