We switch from Direct TV to Comcast on April 09,2014. We received our first bill 2 days later for $208, which include installation fee and first month. We called to have them removed the extra that we didn't request and every time they add something else on the account. They refuse to fix their bill. They insist that we pay the bill and they will credit our account. What kind of none sense is that?
Even though we call multiple times to have their service disconnected, Comcast claims that they can't cut their services. When finally someone decided to disconnected the service, it took another 2 weeks for the service to get disconnected.
Between April 3th to May25th, I have a bill from Comcast for $415.00. I am still waiting for a corrected bill for over two weeks now.
